This therapy card is perfect for using CBT to zoom in on the neural networks involved in the current problem or issue. I give the card to my clients for a reference when they get triggered into survival mode. Turning the card over to review the LSPM Model on the other side shifts the user from reactive fight-or-flight mode into a proactive executive functioning mode. This grounds them in the here-and-know by forcing the thinking brain to engage in order to unpack the cycle on the CBT side of the card.
